Ruota Consulting is excited to announce its commitment to Girls on the Run of Rhode Island as the Title Partner for the 2015-2016 season.

Girls on the Run resonates strongly with Ruota, as both organizations focus on times of transition. While Ruota helps clients overcome structural and technical changes, Girls on the Run helps adolescent girls persevere through common obstacles as they become young women. At Girls on the Run, girls aged 8-14 are provided with 20 lessons of an experience-based curriculum that creatively integrates running. The non-profit inspires students to be joyful, happy, and confident. The girls are motivated to follow their dreams no matter what obstacles they face as they mature into women. At the end of the 20 lessons, the girls and their adult running buddy run a 5k together to show their strength and determination.
