Introducing Technology Consulting by Ruota

Technology Consulting is now a formal practice. It is an ideal complement to our other change-enabling core services — Programme Delivery, Organisational Change Management and Continuous Improvement. We are enhancing prior technology transformation experiences with resources and thought leadership to engage more deeply in Technology change programmes.

In addition, we have established products and services that will ensure IT becomes a value driven, cost effective and outcomes oriented partner with our clients’ businesses.

The practise will focus on three core IT disciplines:

  1. Customer Focused IT Operating Model – We help clients define and implement a customer focused IT operating model that will ensure the IT organisation is effective and efficient in its operation and is aligned to business objectives.
  2. Flexible Delivery Methods – We help clients define the practises, artifacts and delivery solutions that maximise return on investment while effectively managing operational risk and delivering technology projects.
  3. Technology Service Management – We help clients define and measure IT service quality, tailoring IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practises and technologies to fit the client environment.  This may include and is not limited to ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HP ITSM, to list a few.
